Confident Learning is a 6-week course for children aged 7-11 who feel overwhelmed by school, anxious about getting things wrong, suffer with exam nerves or are afraid to speak up. Whether they are in the classroom or learning at home, this course will help them to build a stronger mindset, unlock their creativity, stay calm under pressure and start making real progress with confidence.

WEEK ONE

Your child will learn how to notice negative thoughts and replace them with calm, clear, confident thinking, especially when they feel worried or stuck.

WEEK TWO

Posture, eye contact, and using their voice clearly. I help students understand how their body language affects how they feel and how others see them.

WEEK THREE

Whether it's reading aloud, answering a question or sharing a story, this week builds the courage to speak and the belief that your child's ideas matter.

WEEK FOUR

This week tackles perfectionism, distractions, and fear of failure. Children learn how to stay focused, try their best and keep going even when it's tricky.

WEEK 5

Confidence grows when you keep showing up — not when things are perfect. This week is about focus, effort and trying again.

WEEK SIX

Through creative tasks like drawing, writing, movement, or storytelling, children gently build confidence, find their voice, and learn that their ideas matter, building self-belief through freedom of imagination.
